Menounos: 2 movies down in Louisiana?
Skarsgård: “Straw Dogs” in Shreveport, and then went down to Baton Rouge with “Battleship”. Yea.
Menounos: So you’re like the Southern-boy all of a sudden now?
Skarsgård: Yea, but ironically, like “True Blood” takes place in&around Shreveport, and I’ve never been there with the show, cos we’re shooting in&around Los Angeles. So when I went to Shreveport with “Straw Dogs” that was a first time for me, like Shreveport.
Menounos: Interesting and?
Skarsgård: And it really was, was great cos like that’s my character on “True Blood” he’s got a night club in Shreveport, like there’re all these references to Shreveport, and so it’s fun coming there like - Oh, this looks like, now I get it. You know.

Menounos: How do you maintain your figure?
Skarsgård: I don’t, I, I don’t know, I eat what ever I want. I’ve never been on a diet or anything.
Menounos: You really don’t wear a lot on “True Blood”, so you obviously have to keep your physique, right?
Skarsgård: Well I think I, I don’t know, I think I’ve a pretty high metabolism. I don’t work out.
Menounos: You don’t work out?
Skarsgård: Well I run a bit and go to the gym, but I’m not like, I don’t go every day or anything like that. No, absolutely not, and I don’t enjoy it very much.
